Title: You’ve got fail
Author: Celia Aaron
Cover: Celia gave me the permission to use the book cover on my blog.

Story:

She’s driving me crazy. Or am I the one driving myself crazy? I can’t tell anymore. Ever since Scarlet Rocket showed up in the flesh, she’s turned my structured world upside down. My neatly ordered life, my hand-painted Aliens versus Vampires figurines, my expertly curated comics collection – none of these things provide any shelter from her sexy, sassy onslaught. It’s a disaster of my own making. She didn’t exist until I created her. Now, I can’t get her out of my mind and all I want to do is get her into my bed. Never mind that she’s a thief, a liar, a con-woman. Every step she takes leaves chaos in her wake. And damn if I don’t want more of it.

My Review:

I was waiting to read this book since I got the Christmas card from Celia. I bought it right when it hit Amazon but wasn’t able to start reading right away. Well the waiting was worth it, I loved this funny but still sexy story about Willis and the con artist Scarlet Rocket who claims to be the writer of the so named blog, though Willis is the blogger behind. After being ill Willis checks his emails, wondering about a mail from a guy named Todd who wants to meet again and an agreement for an interview he clearly never gave. His friend Elias calls him to update him on the mysterious girl claiming to be Scarlet. When he gets a confirmation mail for an event she’s going to attend he texts them to say she’ll come plus 1. He meets her at the event and tries to find out who she is and why she pretends to be Scarlet. I have to say that she starts off being pretty annoying with the big secret keeping. While Willis wants to get rid of her, his agent thinks she’s perfect to represent him and offers her a deal. You’ll have a good time reading how the story goes on from here. The ending somehow was too quick for my liking but I still rate this book with 5 stars.
